smlam skype ngan ayah n mak tersyng..

ble diorg nmpak je muka anak tersyng diorg ni kat webcam, terus diorg terkejut..
yela..anak dye dah mkin besar..
haha..
nak wat camne..
time sjuk2 cmni mmg snng lapar..
apa lg, ble lapar makan la jwb nye..hehe..
xpela...pasni kena kurg2kan makan la..
minum air je..
harap2 trun la balik..
huhu..

anyways, slamat bersnowing r kat kwn2 yg dah trun snow kat tmpt dirg. =)

weight loss tu is not depends on diet okay..
bcoz diet will lead to lean weight loss (muscle loss) while exercise will lead to fat weight loss!!

kalo ko xexercise g gym pown xpe.. asal daily activity cm bykkn berjalan.. tu pown da ckup.. n one more thing, eat only when u are hungry.. tu pown da okay.. ;))
